Rates & Policies

Rates include a three course gourmet breakfast & afternoon appetizers and are based on double or single occupancy. A 9.7% occupancy tax will be added to your final bill.

Two Night Minimum on Weekends: May-October. Discount for stays of one week or more.

Check In/Check Out: Check-in times are 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m. we will leave a welcome package and room key. We cannot accommodate arrivals before 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.: Time necessary to prepare rooms for incoming guests.

Payments: Payments may be made by personal check, cash, or most major credit cards

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: To confirm reservations, a deposit of half of the room nights is required at the time of booking by credit card. Unless previously cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the guest is responsible for the full reservation as booked. Deposits will not be forfeited if guest fails to arrive, arrives after confirmed arrival date, or departs before final day of the reservation. Deposits are applied first against the last day(s) of the reservation, and the balance is charged to the guest. When given at least fourteen days' notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee. When less than fourteen days' notice of cancellation is given, the deposit is non-refundable.

Long Dell Inn maintains a totally NON-SMOKING environment.

The Inn is not appropriate for small children or pets.
