Treat yourself to  a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend of yoga and meditation with Lynn Alimo of Simply Yoga.

All yoga classes are designed for all levels of experience. Each class will include yogic breathing, posture flow, guided meditation and time for reflection and journaling. Weather permitting, some classes may be held outside including guided walking meditations on the beach. Sample retreat itinerary is below (times and activities may vary slightly)


3:00 pm Check in
4:00 pm Welcome reception
5:00 pm Gentle afternoon yoga
7:00 pm Dinner at local restaurant (optional)


7:30 am Morning yoga including pranayama and meditation
9:15 am Breakfast
10:00 am Guided meditation
11:00 am Free time for relaxing, sight seeing, spa treatments, etc.
3:00 pm Posture clinics/YogaTalks
4:00 pm Gentle afternoon yoga
7:00 pm Dinner at local restaurant (optional)


7:30 am Morning yoga flow
9:00 am Breakfast
11:00 am Check out


To Be Determined:  Will include all yoga classes, yoga clinics, guided meditations and welcome reception. Accommodations and dinners are not included.  Paid directly to  Lynn Alimo of Simply Yoga.
